Non-Professional Roles – Fee Structure: starts at $300 per hire, with final rate determined by company size
(Examples: assembly line workers, warehouse associates, machine operators, and other roles requiring a high school diploma, vocational training, or on-the-job learning).
Professional Roles – 15% of the first-year salary
(Examples: managers, engineers, IT specialists, accountants, and other roles requiring a bachelor’s degree or higher).
