The manufacturing sector is facing several challenges including, understaffed shifts, high turnover, difficulty finding workers who can consistently work 40+ hours per week and overtime, an aging workforce and widening technical skills gap, fewer young people entering the trades or manufacturing sector and concerns about workforce eligibility and compliance. As experienced workers retire and younger generations pursue careers outside of traditional trades, employers are left with growing vacancies and higher turnover. We’re here to bridge that gap, ethically, affordably, and effectively.

We understand that hiring can be both time-consuming and costly, which is why we’ve made it easy and affordable for you to access top-tier talent without breaking the bank. Only $3,000 flat rate for non-professional roles and 15% of first-year salary for professional roles. Our placement services include, onboarding support, legal and HR compliance assistance, integration and retention services and a 30-day free replacement guarantee.
