The Challenge

​

The manufacturing sector is facing several challenges including, understaffed shifts, high turnover, difficulty finding workers who can consistently work 40+ hours per week and overtime, an aging workforce and widening technical skills gap, fewer young people entering the trades or manufacturing sector and concerns about workforce eligibility and compliance. As experienced workers retire and younger generations pursue careers outside of traditional trades, employers are left with growing vacancies and higher turnover. We’re here to bridge that gap, ethically, affordably, and effectively.

Our Service

​

We create lasting employment connections that help employers succeed while promoting economic inclusion. Our placement services include recruitment, screening, onboarding, compliance, retention, and integration support, helping all employees succeed, including those with limited English proficiency. Our services are offered at a flat rate for non-professional roles and 15% of the candidate’s first-year salary for professional roles.

Our founder knows the challenges local manufacturing companies face, having worked as a Job Developer at the International Institute and as a Human Rights Investigator at the Missouri Commission on Human Rights under the Department of Labor, gaining deep expertise in federal labor laws. We provide pre-vetted candidates from diverse backgrounds and offer a free replacement if a placement doesn’t work out.
